The Mount Charleston Hotel
was our destination for an impromptu drive that started at The White Chocolate Restaurant on Eastern, just south of 215.
Others joined us at the Albertson's gas station on Durango and 95. Continuing north on 95, we turned left on 157 to the hotel.
We had a pretty big turn out considering it was only announced a day or two in advance.
We had lunch at Mount Charleston Hotel, and then some of us continued up to 158, and drove that ridge line road to the ski area
before returning to 95 via 156. Many thanks to Laurie Eden for arranging this drive and for taking the photos.
